The Pattana Adult Training camp is for all ability levels wanting to gain more experience within the sport of Triathlon/Nutrition & Sports science in order to train more effectively for the coming race season and smash those Personal best times. the concept will be based around both physical activities and athlete led discussions. We will then provide a take home USB stick with valuable information about all aspects covered on the course to enable you to make smart decisions in designing your own training program for the coming race season.

The Program Includes

  • 1 night Hotel stay in a luxury room
  • Food & Beverage for the duration of the camp
  • USB take home information on all topics covered in order to take your racing to the next level
  • Skills in all aspects of swimming from drafting techniques in the open water to turning buoys efficiently and siting techniques
  • Bike skills, mounting & dismounting effectively and efficiently to splitting up the bike into segments based on what science tells us best prepares us for the run.
  • Running form analysis and race day do’s & don’ts
  • Transition tips
  • Nutrition advice for race day and beyond
  • Training plan basics and how to make adaptations.

Our professional Coach


Craig Wood

As well as coaching multiple athletes of all age groups to National & World championships, Craig himself also still competes on the world triathlon circuit finishing 5th in his age group at World ITU championships and 3rd at the National championships in 2019, once again qualifying for the GBR team in 2020. As well as The ITU circuit Craig also competes in the Ironman & Long course circuit qualifying for the World Championships with multiple 9hr finishes.

‘’I pride myself on the fact I can relate to the Work/Train/Life/Repeat balance a normal age group athlete has to go through, as I work fulltime 6am-8pm have a young family with limited time to train due to work & coaching commitments. We are unable to train 20+ hours a week! most like me have 10-12hrs a week so we need to make each session count and that’s where science comes into play! ‘’Train smart not hard’’ ‘’As a coach I would never get my athletes to do something I’m not prepared to do myself’’
