Why amazing kids trainning course is important?

It's important because the kids get to know about triathlon rules & regulation, involves techniques for swim, bike and run from professional coaching.

What's this course suitable for whom?

This is suitable for 7-14 years old who are interesting in doing triathlon, improve their technique and been more confidence in the race.

This course will cover

* Swimming techniques for triathletes
* Bike handling skills
* Running improvement
* Transitions

To enroll in this course, you shall be able to swim 100 meter and ride 2 wheels bicycle

Necessary equipment

- Swim (Swimming Suite, Googles, Swimming cap)
- Bike (Bicycle, Helmet)
- Run (Running Shoe, Cap/Visor)
- Other, Water Bottle, Sun glasses, Hat, Towel, Suncream etc.

Our Professional Coach

Farn Sritrairatana

Farn has been educated in Martial Arts since the age 9. He is trained in Karate, Judo, Ninja-Do, Shaolin, Wu Shu and Wing Chun Kung Fu. He receieved his Fitness Training at Fitness Innovation Thailand Co., Ltd. (FIT), and is a partner a Master Coach at The Movement Playground.

Fitness Credentials : Certified Personal Trainer, Strength & Conditioning Coach

  • NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS)
  • ACE and NASM Certified Personal Trainer (PT)
    Twist Sports Conditioning Smart Muscle Master Coach (TCMM)

Dr. Sawangjit Saengow or Coach Seung

She has graduated in Physical Education and a master degree in Sports Science. She has published and presented internationally in the areas of physical education administration. Currently a swimming instructor at BEST Bangkok Swim Academy. She has experience teaching and coaching children at international schools from beginner to competitive. She has participated in many events such as ultra trail, swimming, triathlon, duathlon and Ironman.
